To the south, there is an outdoor terrace with a private garden below. The bathroom has a window, shower, and WC. The main bedroom offers a double bed and access to a north-facing balcony, while the children's room has a bunk bed. You have a private covered parking space and additional free general parking. The kitchen includes dishes, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and other accessories. Additional features: air conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, hairdryer, and garden furniture such as chairs, table, and parasol. Shared facilities: parking, volleyball court, bocce court, playground, ping pong, badminton, and snack vending machines. The seasonal pool, open from late May to mid-September, is reserved exclusively for authorized guests. Nearby you will find recommended trattorias, pizzerias, and bistros.
