It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a high-quality double sofa bed. To the south, you will find an outdoor terrace with the private garden below. The bathroom has a window, shower, and toilet. The master bedroom features a double bed and access to a north-facing balcony, while the children's room offers a bunk bed. A private covered parking space and additional free general parking are available. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and other accessories. Further features include air conditioning, heating, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, hairdryer, and garden furniture such as chairs, table, and parasol. For common use: parking, volleyball court, bocce court, playground, table tennis, badminton, and snack vending machines. The seasonal pool is reserved exclusively for authorized guests.
